Imperial Beluga (Huso Huso)
Fish Origin: From the Beluga sturgeon (Huso huso), primarily found in the Caspian Sea. One of the rarest and most prized caviars.
Taste: Exceptionally creamy and buttery, with a lingering, complex finish. Considered the pinnacle of caviar flavors.
Pairing Recommendations: Best enjoyed on its own or with the finest champagne or vodka. Also complements soft cheese or simple buttered pasta.
Colour: Pearlescent grey to dark charcoal.
